(Consider doing this before you "claim" the mission which triggers the CB as there's a timer on this.) You can then reconquer this territory for them as your vassal. One way to minimize this: go to war earlier to reduce their size by forcing them to give up territory in one or more peace treaties. Note that missions to force vassalization (Brandenburg and Saxony) can generate a MASSIVE amount of aggressive expansion.
This might be something to use along the way. Also, note that you can seize territory from subjects. So, for example, you could create or acquire this just before absorbing the second Silesian nation. Note that you only need to have one vassal for this to remain active. Consider vassalizing a neighbor first, or creating a new one from existing territory. If you annex both of them to fulfill the Integrate Silesia mission, you will lose the ability to have the "Strong Duchies" estate privilege (thereby losing two diplomatic relationship slots).
